Mini Doughnut Bites
  1. Soak yeast with sugar in warm milk and cover it.
  2. Yeast will get activated when a foamy layer appear over it.
  3. Sieve maida, salt, and powdered sugar together and add activated yeast milk and butter into it.
  4. Make a soft dough while kneading the dough for around 5 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough into a big circle of around 3/4 inch thick.
  6. Cut the rolled dough using the cap or any other small circular object to create mini bites shape.
  7. Fry the mini doughnut bites in hot oil at medium low heat.
  8. Remove from the hot oil
  9. To prepare cinnamon sugar coated bites, mix powdered sugar and powdered cinnamon.
  10. Roll hot doughnut bites into this powdered mixture.
  11. To prepare chocolate coated bites, I’ve prepared chocolate sauce by mixing water and chocolate in 1:1 ratio.
  12. Then dip the prepared doughnut bites into chocolate sauce and serve.
