Drinking a cup of warm lemon water every morning is one of the simplest, most affordable & natural ways to improve your health which has incredible benefits on your health.. If you have resolved to take a healthy turn in your life, then this yellow super-fruit is the best companion you can ever get.


A few years ago, I started drinking lemon water first thing in the morning about 20-30 minutes prior to eating or drinking anything else other than water. I now feel that when I stop drinking it for long periods of time a visible difference can be seen in my skin & body..  This drink is also helpful in overcoming a cheat day, a cheat week or even a cheat month..

Why I drink warm lemon water in the morning-

How to prepare:-

  • 1 glass of warm water ( make sure you do not add boiled water as this would destroy some of the therapeutic properties of lemon)
  • 1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon

Fill your glass with warm water, squeeze in your fresh lemon water, stir & drink. Feel free to mix in a little honey, if you’d like. 

You can spice up this drink & further enhance your metabolism by adding a pinch of ground ginger.

Do not throw away lemon peel as dried lemon peel can be made into powder and the paste made by this powder can be applied on your skin. This paste helps reduce acne.
