How to make Bajre ki Kheer

First of all, you need to soak Bajra in water for 15 minutes. After straining water you can crush Bajra in a Mortar by using Pestle just enough to remove the husk or outer layer of Bajra.
Remove the Bajra or millet into a big platter and blow on them to remove the husk from it.
In a heavy bottom, pan or container put Bajra and water and let it boil for around 10-15 minutes.
Remove any foamy layer if occurred in the pan. After removing the foamy layer add two cups of milk in the pan.
Also, add sugar into this and let it cook for around 10 minutes more. Add the remaining milk and let cook for further 5 minutes.
Serve this healthy and hot Bajre ki kheer by adding a dollop of ghee.
