Moong Salad | How to make Sprouts Salad

Soak overnight green gram in enough water. To make sprouts of green gram, you can wrap soaked green gram in a wet cotton cloth and hang for 7-8 hours. Sprouts will be ready.
Instead of a sprouted green gram or moong you can also use overnight soaked green gram in the recipe.
Now in a bowl add sprouted green gram or overnight soaked green gram along with pomegranate, grated carrot, and chopped cucumber.
Add lemon juice, salt, and chaat masala as per taste to it.
Serve along with lunch, dinner or eat anytime as a snack.
