How to make Oats smoothie
  1. Lightly roast the oats in a pan for a few minutes. Roasting oats is very necessary as roasting will reduce the phytic acid content in oats.
  2. Now place the oats, banana, brown sugar, milk, almonds, walnuts and berries into the blender.
  3. Blend until it becomes smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately!!
