Instructions
  1. Peel the cucumber properly and roughly chop it.
  2. Rinse the basil leaves properly and put into the mixer grinder along with chopped cucumber and green chillies.
  3. You can also add coriander leaves into this chutney in place of basil leaves incase you don’t have them.
  4. Add salt, sugar, cumin seeds, black salt and raw mango powder into the mixer grinder as well.
  5. Pulse it properly and our instant cucumber and basil green chutney are ready to serve.
Recipe Notes

NOTES:

  1. In case you don’t have basil leaves with you, you can also add coriander leaves or mint leaves in the above recipe in place of basil leaves.
  2. In case you don’t have raw mango powder or amchoor powder with you, then fresh lemon juice can also be added in the above recipe in place of it.
  3. Jaggery can be added in the above recipe in place of sugar.
