Ingredients

grated raw papaya
1
tablespoon
oil
1/2
teaspoon
mustard seeds
rai
2-3
green chillies
sliced
1/4
teaspoon
turmeric powder
1
teaspoon
salt
or as per taste
Instructions
Peel the unripe papaya and scrape the tiny seeds inside of the papaya with the help of spoon or knife.
Grate the papaya with the help of a grater.
Now on a medium flame put a pan and add oil into it.
Add mustard seeds to this and once they start crackling add green chillies to it.
Now add turmeric powder, grated papaya and salt to this and mix well.
Dim the flame while covering the pan and let it cook.
After five minutes uncover it and mix well. Cook for another 3 minutes on medium flame while stirring continuously and switch off the flame.
